Valentine's Day Guided Forest Therapy Walk

Join a winter forest therapy walk in celebration of Valentine's Day.

This walk will cover less than a mile over relatively even terrain. The experience includes a brief orientation, slow movement through the landscape, guided sensory invitations, optional sharing, and a closing tea. Silence, rest, and opting out of any activity are always welcome. Appropriate for children and adults aged 15 or older.

Special sliding scale fee of $33/$39/$45 for business launch. Pay what feels right for you. Booking closes 24 hours before the walk.

Important:

• Plan to arrive 15 minutes before the walk start time to complete any last-minute preparations (bathroom breaks, gear adjustments, etc.). The walk will start on time and you may not be able to find the group once we've left the walk start location.
