Services
For individuals and the public

These walks are guided at public parks or virtually via Google Meet. They are well suited for people seeking:
-
Stress relief and nervous system regulation
-
Time for reflection, grounding, and presence
-
A restorative alternative to goal-oriented outdoor activities
-
Social interaction in a safe, supportive environment
A typical walk lasts about two hours and covers less than a mile over relatively even terrain. The experience includes a brief orientation, slow movement through the landscape, guided sensory invitations, optional sharing, and a closing tea. Silence, rest, and opting out of any activity are always welcome.

-
Celebratory events and gatherings
-
Wellness and retreat programs
- Healthcare, nonprofit, or mission-driven organizations
-
Professional development or burnout-prevention initiatives
Group walks foster presence, connection, and sharing without requiring physical exertion or prior experience. Invitations, pacing, and terrain are adapted to support accessibility, emotional safety, and group dynamics. The emphasis is on restoration, not performance.
Bespoke private walks

Incorporate forest therapy into your next event, retreat, or wellness program. Experiences can be customized to meet specific goals and combined with talks on forest therapy's benefits. A great option for team building, relieving stress, and fighting burnout.
Talks
Schedule a talk on the science-backed benefits of forest therapy for your organization or event. Talks can be combined with a forest therapy walk customized to meet your needs.
